The Large Claim and Express Claim Units of Euler Hermes Canada were established to enable the company to focus on the most critical goal of Euler Hermes Canada’s Claims and Recovery department: providing world class customer service at the least cost to customers.
The Large Claim Unit handles all pre-claim activity, large losses and all claims for large policyholders. This structure allows Euler Hermes Canada to concentrate on the high value claims that have the greatest impact to customers as well as provide customized services.
Euler Hermes Canada also appreciates the importance of paying smaller claims quickly and easily. That's why Euler Hermes Canada has developed a Fast Track process that will allow the Express Claims Unit to further strengthen its ties with customers. |
