Quick coverage decisions help Euler Hermes Canada policyholders sell more competitively without the credit risk. Connecting to EOLIS enables policyholders to:
- Be more responsive to buyers by requesting coverage for new or existing accounts and getting a decision fast;
- Continually monitor their coverage by reviewing their financial statements and claim activity at any time;
- Check current policy coverage and decision reports;
- Enjoy e-mail access to their Euler Hermes Canada agent and Client Service Team members, including Underwriting, Claims and Billing department personnel; and
- Submit claims on-line.
Lenders and Brokers can also access their clients' policies via EOLIS, enabling them to conveniently review their customers' coverage at any time, including the ability to see if a claim has been filed and the premium paid.
