​Is there a guaranteed job offer after the programme?
Successful applicants will be offered a permanent contract for the 1 year programme.
At the end of the 1 year programme, there will be a permanent position offered within or outside the location of the programme.

What is the salary offered?
You’ll receive a competitive salary which is regularly benchmarked against the position level and what industry offers.

Do I need a background in Insurance?
Although having a background in insurance would be beneficial, it is not necessary as this will be acquired through your placements.

I have more than 2 years of professional experience, can I still apply?
Yes, we are looking for your strengths and skills rather than when you graduated. We welcome students from all backgrounds.

Can I apply for other locations other than my home country?
Yes, as long as you are able to work in the country you are applying.

Will you sponsor visa applications?
No, we will not, candidates must be eligible to work in the location they apply for.


About application Process


How long after I submit my application will I hear from you?
There isn’t any specific time that you should hear after the date you apply.
As first round interviews would be taking place between mid-November and end of November, you will have updates no later than end of November.

What is the recruitment process?
There would be a first round interview with representatives from the Local Business Unit you are applying to and a second and final round with Members of the Regional Management team of Northern Europe Region.

Would feedback be provided if I am unsuccessful at any stage?
You will be provided feedback if unsuccessful on the final interview stage, otherwise you will receive a notification email.​
