What are the various shareholding options?
Accounts for the bearer's shares are maintained by your financial intermediary (investment firm, bank or online broker). In this case, Euler Hermes Group does not know the name of the person holding the shares.
There are two forms of registered shares :
- Intermediary registered shares
Your portfolio of shares is held by your financial intermediary, which is responsible for managing the portfolio.
Your shares are however registered in Euler Hermes Group’s accounts, which enables us to identify you and make direct contact with you.
- Directly registered shares
Your shares are registered directly and solely in Euler Hermes Group’s accounts, which enables us to provide you with a bespoke service.
Your shares are registered in a shareholding account opened with BNP Securities Services, which manages the Euler Hermes Group shareholding service.
