EOLIS, the online service for Euler Hermes clients

Euler Hermes has developed EOLIS, a password-protected online service (customer extranet) for managing accounts via the Internet. It enables businesses to monitor their customer accounts in real time and allows the Group to respond to credit limits more efficiently and rapidly.

Almost all clients subscribe to this service in the nine countries in which Euler Hermes offers access in five different languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).

With the EOLIS online service, Euler hermes clients can:

> Administer their credit policies

> Gain on-line approval of credit limits

> Report overdue accounts and give order to collect

> Report claims

In some countries such as France, EOLIS offers clients also access to information on Euler Hermes' economic research, including Economic Outlook, country risks and other reports. In Germany, the "Bonitäts-Check" service offers companies an ad hoc assessment of their clients’ creditworthiness.
