Territory The Site is directed at European Union residents only and the services described in the Site are only available to European Union residents to the extent that Euler Hermes Trade Credit is licensed to sell insurance within the European Union. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable law and regulation in the country in which you access the Site.
Scope of your responsibility You are wholly responsible for the use of the Site by any person using your terminal or point of presence and are responsible for ensuring that any such person also fully complies with these terms and conditions.
Your breach If you are in breach of these terms and conditions you agree to indemnify Euler Hermes Trade Credit in respect of any and all losses, costs or damages including reasonable legal fees incurred by Euler Hermes Trade Credit in relation to or arising out of such breach
Data protection The Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) Words shown in italic have the meaning given by The Data Protection Act 1998. Euler Hermes Trade Credit is registered under the Act to process personal data (data). Where Euler Hermes Trade Credit is provided with data, the data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act for the purpose of carrying out credit insurance and associated activities, and the data will be held securely and kept confidential at all times.
Euler Hermes Trade Credit may need to share the data with companies in the Euler Hermes Trade Credit Hermes group or other responsible third parties, within or outside the European Economic Area, where necessary.
The data may be used for direct marketing purposes. Unless you object in writing, Euler Hermes Trade Credit will use the data to contact you by post, telephone, fax, e-mail or other communication means with details of Euler Hermes group products and services. To the extent that you are not the individual whose data are being processed, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of that individual to permit Euler Hermes Trade Credit to process the data as above.

Euler Hermes will not disclose your personal information to any third parties, except to other Euler Hermes group companies, when required.
Exclusions Euler Hermes Trade Credit makes no warranties except as set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law all other express and implied warranties are hereby excluded.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Euler Hermes Trade Credit does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages whatsoever including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage and/or loss of profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings arising out of access to or use of or reliance on any information posted on the Site or any hypertext or hyperlink to a web site or any information contained on or accessed through such web site.
Entire Agreement These terms and conditions contain the entire understanding between you and Euler Hermes Trade Credit with regard to your use of the Site and no representation, statement or inducement, whether oral or written, not contained herein shall bind either you or Euler Hermes Trade Credit. Euler Hermes Trade Credit reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time of your visit. If you do not agree to any changes to the terms and conditions then you must immediately stop using the Site.
No Insurance Contract Please note that Euler Hermes Trade Credit does not sell insurance over the Internet. Any contract of insurance between you and Euler Hermes Trade Credit will be governed by separate terms and conditions agreed between you and Euler Hermes Trade Credit.
Severability Should any part of these terms and conditions for any reason be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of these terms and conditions had been eliminated.
