Our team is a blend of Singaporeans, Indians, Indonesians, Thai, Japanese, Europeans, Vietnamnese and Malaysians, combining experience in credit insurance, understanding of local economies and financial analysis skills. We know our product, we understand our markets, we listen to our clients.

We have developed solutions for the most important markets we’re responsible for, and where needed we have trusted partners who can represent us and deliver locally.

As we have developed solutions, so have our colleagues in Hong Kong & Japan who offer local solutions for Taiwan, The Peoples Republic of China, Macau, Korea and Japan. This way we are ideally positioned to deliver regional solutions to Multinational clients who look for a unique and integrated solution for their regional subsidiaries.

We have an experienced risk teams located in Singapore, Thailand, India and Dubai, gathering information on thousands of companies. We have direct contact with the companies and if needed, we will visit them. This has given us an in-depth knowledge of the individual companies, but also on the particularities of the trade in our region and the cycles of the various economies and sectors. Our assessment is more than crunching financial reports. It encompasses all the intangibles that are out of reach if you want to make a credit assessment from the other side of the world.

SINGAPORE
We are licensed in Singapore to insure and reinsure domestic and export credit risk. Singapore is our home market and our operational centre for the region. We operate under our own name.

MALAYSIA
We have a cooperation agreement with MSIG Insurance(Malaysia) Bhd. under which we can offer credit insurance for domestic and export risk. The service to Malaysian policyholders is rendered directly from Singapore or through our staff based in Malaysia.

THAILAND
Technically we can insure Thai companies directly out of Singapore. However most companies prefer to have their policy issued locally. We have thus developed cooperation and reinsurance agreements with 4 companies.

In order to improve the local service we have both a commercial and a risk team in Bangkok , from where we service existing policyholders, liaise with the local partners and intermediaries, and monitor a part of our Thai risks.

PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA
Our partner, Allianz Insurance Company Guangzhou Branch, has the licence for the domestic credit risk in Guangdong (including Guangzhou and Shenzen). We can also insure companies outside this area who meet the criteria of “large commercial risk” (essentially the insurable turnover has to exceed 200 Mio RMB). The local service is provided by Allianz Guangzhou, with the support of our Hong Kong operation.
