1
Crafting your CV

- Make sure your CV is only one page long
- Begin with a section mentioning what you are looking for (e.g. contract type, field, department) and when (start and end point if you can specify)
- Show your experience, and include any relevant voluntary work
- Include a photo of yourself in a professional situation
- No need to state your soft skills, we’ll ask you about these in the interview

Preparing your interview

- Research what we do. Find out everything you can about us and the role you’re interested in.
- Using the Internet, look up who your interviewer is before you arrive. Try to understand what they will be interested in as an interviewer.
- Use LinkedIn to ask us questions before the interview. We’re an approachable group of people, so there’s no need to be afraid, and you’ll find out even more about our teams and our ambitions.

Succeeding in your interview

- Be yourself. This is the most important point of all.
- Begin with a section mentioning what you are looking for (e.g. contract type, field, department) and when (start and end point if you can specify).
