Although the customer service team is now working from remote locations, our dedicated point of contact model remains fully operational. We understand there are a lot of uncertainties currently and I am pleased to share that you will not be locked out of EOLIS for past due final sales reports.

As a helpful reminder, our electronic billing platform, E-Bill Express, enables you to submit premium payments electronically, removing the need to be in the office to finalize paper checks. Learn more about this service operated by Wells Fargo bank here. Enroll in E-Bill express today.
