Indonesia: Slower but healthier

Indonesia faces continued low growth in H2. However the outlook is set to improve: GDP growth at 5.2% in 2014, +5.8% in 2015.

Non-payment risk has decreased. Strong fiscal discipline will be key to reducing imbalances.

Monetary policy: the hawkish tone will be maintained to prevent the economy from overheating. Resilience to external shock is set to improve.
